I will take every care to make sure your order is safe and well packed, and do my upmost to make sure it arrives safe and sound. All work is made in my studio in West Wales, each piece is unique and individual.
In the UK orders are posted using 1st Class Royal Mail, signed for and will be sent within one week of purchase. If you would like special delivery please choose in the drop down bar.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE:
International parcels are usually sent standard tracked Airmail for all overseas purchases.
All customs duties and tax are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you are purchasing internationally (now including EU countries), please check possible customs fees before placing an order.
Post Brexit has meant additional charges to EU customers and it's my understanding that recipients will have to pay additional VAT and a small handling fee before you can claim the parcel. By agreeing to purchase you are agreeing to pay necessary fees.
